Amazing! 10/10 would highly recommend. Could not have imagined a better experience than with Michela. I reached out in regards to selling my home in Richmond, VA and Michela was so kind and generous. Michela is exactly what all home sellers I feel are looking for and what all home-sellers need. This was my first time home-selling experience and I was pretty nervous and could not imagine it going any smoother. Reached out to Michela towards end of the week and met with her first thing the following week (would have met sooner but my schedule didn't allow) and we were able to list my house that same Friday of that same week! (This was one of my goals and Michela was willing to accept that challenge). Michela walked me through everything and gave me the ins and outs of the process, was completely honest about everything and always talked real expectations. Michela did not speak on what she could not do or handle and was very quick with everything. My house listed on a Friday (that same week, showings were coming in left and right all weekend, an offer was made that Sunday night that I was able to accept that Monday morning just 3/4 days after initial listing and was able to complete close a month from then. Very communicative, very on top of things, benefits are a huge bonus which I did not see being offered by other selling agents and the moving truck that is offered as a benefit was a huge money and life saver, Michela was very flexible and I was able to use it multiple times throughout the home selling process. I worked with Michela on finding a home out in Richmond, VA. I currently live in Boise, ID and she took a lot of time searching for houses that I may like. She set up remote viewings using Facebook Live and answered any of my questions or took me to certain parts of the house I wanted to see again. I was able to visit and look at houses in person with her and she was super friendly, professional, gave a lot of great restaurant suggestions, and drove around town showing the area and cool places to check out.
